1. This warranty/guarantee extends only to the initial customer and is not transferable or assignable without Company's prior written consent.
    

2. THE FOREGOING WARRANTY/GUARANTEE IS IN LIEU OF AND EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES NOT EXPRESSLY SET FORTH HEREIN,  WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, BY OPERATION OF LAW OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS.
    

3. The Company's obligation under this warranty/guarantee is limited to repair or replacement of Company's product, and, in no event, shall the company be liable for consequential, indirect or incidental damages or for any amount in excess of cost of product, whether the claim is for breach of warranty or negligence.
    

4. Acceptance by customer of bond or any other guarantee for product or product installation shall relieve Company from its liability under this warranty/guarantee.
    

5. Company shall not be liable for damage due to any of the following conditions or causes: failure or defects in installation; structural changes due to shifting; cracking or collapse of building or any portion thereof; settlement, distortion or warping of building; failure of contiguous or supporting work provided by others; acts of God or unusual phenomena; and failure to report any alleged defect to Company in writing within ten (10) days from discovery.

WARRANTY/GUARANTEE

Champion Manufacturing Industries (hereinafter "Company") warrants and guarantees that its products are of good quality for a period of one year after initial use of Company's products and are subject to the Terms and Conditions listed above.  Company agrees to repair or replace Company's products which prove to be defective.
