Champion manufactures the most comprehensive line of return air assemblies. All assemblies are based on two return duct sizes - 20" X 10" and 25" X 10". Filter sizes range from 14" X 20" - Nominal 1" to 20" X 25" - Nominal 5". Each air drop assembly boot has a listed "furnace cut out dimension" which is the maximum hole that can be cut into the side of a furnace for proper installation. Sub components are listed. makes a complete line of curved boots that fit to most popular high efficiency filter cabinets.

Specification 6387 (H.E. Slant Back Return Air Drop Assembly) has both a 1" and 5" filter slot. The placement of these slots can be changed to meet the applications.

Furnace support box - has 4" square starter holes in the top and will accept 10" X 25" duct. Support beam next to drawer makes box strong enough to support up to 200 pounds. Box has reversing panels for left or right installation.

High efficiency right angle filter assemblies allow the installer to offer a 20" X 20" X 5" filter cabinet with a furnace cut out dimension of only 14" X 23". The filter is positioned in a drawer at an angle. Reversing panels allow for left or right handed installation.
